Scope of Services: All services to be provided (including web design, development, digital marketing, data analysis, or e-commerce development) will be detailed in a formal proposal or statement of work. Any work requested outside of this agreed scope will require a separate agreement and may incur additional costs.
Payment Terms: Payment schedules will be outlined in your project proposal. A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. The final payment is due upon project completion, prior to the delivery of final assets or website launch.
Intellectual Property: Upon receipt of the final payment, you (the client) will own the rights to the final, delivered work. I retain the right to display the project in my professional portfolio and for marketing purposes.
Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide all necessary content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing these items may result in a revision of the project timeline and an adjustment in cost.
Confidentiality: All business information and materials you share will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your prior written consent.
Revisions: Your project quote includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond this limit will be billed at an agreed-upon hourly rate.
Termination of Agreement: Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. If the agreement is terminated by you, you will be billed for all work completed up to the date of termination.
Limitation of Liability: The liability for any damages or losses arising from the provided services is strictly limited to the total fees paid by you for that specific project.
Online Courses & E-Learning: Access to online courses is for the sole use of the registered individual and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. Course content is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
Third-Party Costs: Project quotes do not include third-party expenses such as premium software, plugins, stock photography, or hosting unless explicitly stated. These costs will be billed directly to you or passed through with a small administrative fee.
