Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to translate comapny’s growth strategy into measurable results. This is a hands-on role for a creative, analytical marketer who enjoys both strategy and execution. Reporting to the COO, you’ll own the day-to-day of our digital channels—website/SEO, Google Ads, paid and organic social, email, and analytics—to drive patient acquisition, brand awareness, and referral engagement across all Orchard brands.

On any given week, you might launch a high-intent Google Ads campaign, optimize landing pages for conversion, build an engaging social series, refine our SEO approach, or analyze channel performance to guide where we scale next.

What You’ll Do

Website ownership: Keep our site accurate, patient-centered, and conversion-ready; update pages, improve UX, and ensure content reflects both historical performance and ongoing growth.
Social media: Plan, create, schedule, and optimize content across multiple platforms to educate, engage, and build community.
Paid media: Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads (and related platforms) to drive awareness, engagement, and inquiries; track budgets and performance.
Brand storytelling: Write and edit clear, compassionate content (e.g., success stories, blog posts, service highlights) aligned to Orchard’s mission and voice.
Campaign & content ops: Lead the creation and distribution of routine and high-impact outreach across email, web, and social.
Brand stewardship: Maintain Orchard’s brand and style guide; ensure consistent application across channels and materials.
Analytics & insights: Monitor KPIs across channels (traffic, engagement, conversion, CPL/CAC) and use insights to continuously improve results.
Collaboration: Partner with clinical and operational leaders to align marketing strategies with services, access, and community needs.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
3–5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, including social media and Google Ads campaign management.
Excellent writing and editing skills; able to adapt voice for different audiences and platforms.
Strong project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) required.
Experience in healthcare or mental health marketing – preferred.
Thoughtful, inclusive communicator who brings curiosity, initiative, and accountability.
