We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who is well-rounded, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple digital hats. Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Manage Google Ads campaigns focused on both lead generation and ecommerce, including Shopping Ads
Comfortable with Google Merchant Center and resolving related feed issues
Monitor performance metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement
Organic & Social Media
Create and schedule engaging organic social content across platforms
Support social media strategy, community management, and trend monitoring
Email Marketing
Develop and execute email campaigns (using platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp)
Segment audiences and analyze performance to improve results
SEO & Content Creation
Write SEO-optimized blog posts and website content
Perform keyword research, meta tag updates, and technical SEO audits
Client Communication
Serve as a point of contact for assigned accounts
Prepare reports, lead client calls, and ensure strategic alignment
Preferred Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role or agency environment
Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads certifications for Search and Performance Max
Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and custom event tracking experience
Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog)
Strong writing skills, especially for blogs, social content, and ad copy
Knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practices
Familiarity with content calendars, reporting, and campaign planning
